Are you a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a passion for logistics? Join our team as a Warehouse & Driver Supervisor in Slinger, WI!
In this role, you’ll oversee warehouse operations and drivers, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery of products. You’ll also play a key role in coaching team members, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
What We’re Looking For:
•
Strong leadership and communication skills
•
Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (Hazmat preferred)
•
Forklift experience
•
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•
A commitment to safety, teamwork, and adaptability
What You’ll Do:
•
Supervise warehouse staff and drivers, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations
•
Plan and organize daily warehouse and delivery operations
•
Repackage bulk products and assist with loading/unloading
•
Monitor and manage inventory, including monthly counts and expiration tracking
•
Coordinate product transfers and ensure proper stock levels
•
Serve as a backup delivery driver as needed
•
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and fuel island
•
Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and reduce costs
