LTL Contracting Ltd. is seeking reliable and hardworking Rock Truck Operators to join our team. As a Rock Truck Operator, you will be hauling material from point A to point B efficiently, and safely. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work on rotation, out of town, with a consistent work routine.

Rotation & Travel Details:

- Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off

- Start Date September 11th, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating a rock truck in forward and reverse in a safe and efficient manner in order to minimize risk of injury and/or property damage

- Safely offloading materials, being aware of surroundings and ground conditions

- Maintaining a clean interior of the cab

- Following instructions from site supervisor

- Maintaining radio contact for safety

- Follow site safety protocols and ensure all tasks are completed in a safe and timely manner

- Completing pre and post trip circle checks

- Completing all required paperwork such as fuel slips and recording load counts

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating various rock trucks

- Possess a VALID Class G license

- Rock Truck Operator certification

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn

- Ability to work well within a team and follow direction

- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment

- Ability to travel and work out of town without disruptions

Location Notice:

This position is for a project located in Musselwhite Mine. While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, we strongly encourage applications from individuals residing in Thunder Bay or near the surrounding areas. Preference may be given to candidates who are local to the project site due to logistical and operational considerations.
