- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction. Using CRM as primary tools for recording and planning customer interactions
- Account Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients, upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Generate and fulfil account plans as a roadmap to success with quantifiable road marks
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value and positioning to customers and how these are differentiated within the market.
- Customer Success: Actively manage customer accounts, ensuring they receive appropriate support and assistance throughout their journey. Recycle old opportunities to increase top of sales funnel.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services and enhance the customer experience.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain and update sales and customer success records, including key performance indicators and customer interactions.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Previous experience with B2B sales, or engineering
- Experience with CRM systems- Experience with scheduling, multi-tasking, or working with deadlines to prioritize tasks
- Fluency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office

- Experience with or a keen interest in electrical systems and or energy
- Previous experience with Electrical Systems such as PLC, Controller, Transformers, SCADA, or HVAC (preferred)

- Knowledge or interest in Industrial automation, Energy Savings, Battery Storage, IoT, Solar, HVAC, Data Centers
