Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Hydraulic Cylinder Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the desire to handle a multitude of tasks and be a reliable and organized team player. This role involves disassembling all components, performing inspections and failure analysis, documenting repairs and maintenance, identifying worn and defective parts. You will follow the appropriate manufacturers disassembly & reassembly procedures and replace the necessary components. Your responsibilities will include performing quality control checks, ensuring all repairs remain organized, being diligent with material inventory, maintaining equipment and the work area in a safe condition.
Qualifications:
•
Experience as a Hydraulic Technician
•
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and equipment
•
Attention to detail with focus on precision and accuracy
•
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
•
Experience operating a cylinder servicer
•
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues
•
Physically able to perform necessary duties
•
Experience working within an ISO Quality Program
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 40 per week
