Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
•Coordinate with vendors and service providers; maintain rate sheets and pricing files
•Schedule vendor deliveries and manage associated documentation (e.g., truck tickets)
•Assist in operational research and budget monitoring
•Support regulatory filings and compliance tracking
Accounting Support
•Process revenue billing and post daily cash transactions
•Reconcile bank statements; manage AP/AR functions
•Handle production data entry and monthly reporting cycles
•Prepare and route agreements via DocuSign
•Set up new vendors (MSAs, COIs, W-9s), submit credit apps, and process deposits
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)*
•2+ years of professional experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or administrative operations
•High standards for accuracy, ethics, and follow-through
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
•Experience with PakEnergy or similar oil & gas accounting software preferred
•Familiarity with vendor coordination and compliance documentation
•Ability to multitask effectively and maintain confidentiality
