POSITION SUMMARY:

The Retail Regional Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the performance of multiple retail locations within a designated region. Reporting to the National Director of Retail, this role drives sales growth, operational excellence, and team development. The manager will coach, and mentor Retail Team Leads and Junior Energy Consultants, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards. Key responsibilities include executing regional business strategies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and fostering a customer-first culture.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, coach, and mentor Retail Team Leads and Retail Junior Energy Consultants to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.

- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing store leadership teams.

- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Sales & Business Growth

- Achieve regional sales, profit, and customer service targets.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

- Execute regional business strategies aligned with corporate goals.

- Operations & Compliance

- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

- Monitor inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.

- Oversee compliance with safety, legal, and operational regulations.
