- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs.
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development roles, preferably within B2B environments.
- Strong background in account management, territory management, and direct sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales deals.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and analysis of sales data is preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing principles related to technology or retail sales is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration when necessary.
