The Organization:
Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District is home to 18,000+ residents. Formed initially as Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 2 in 1977, BCMUD provides water and wastewater services, recreational activities, beautiful gardens, parks, and miles of trails through the Brushy Creek community. BCMUD operates four swimming pools, four tennis courts, and a disc golf course throughout the community.
At the heart of our District is the Brushy Creek Community Center. Our Community Center features two gyms, two racketball courts, a weight room, a rock wall, and recreational programming, including various fun activities, educational and fitness classes.
Brushy Creek employs approximately 190 seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members.
Member and Rental Supervisor:
Brushy Creek MUD is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Member and Rental Supervisor to lead our member services and facility rental operations. This is your opportunity to help shape meaningful experiences for our community, grow our membership base, and ensure every event, from family parties to community celebrations, runs smoothly and memorably.
As the Member and Rental Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations that keep our community engaged and our spaces vibrant. You'll manage a team dedicated to exceptional customer service, coordinate the rental of District properties (including our Community Center, Garden, pavilions, and pools), and ensure the validation and accuracy of membership payments, while supporting membership growth and retention.
You'll collaborate closely with residents, community groups, and internal teams to create seamless experiences - all while upholding and promoting The Brushy Creek Life.
Job Duties:
•Lead & Inspire: Recruits, trains, and supervises the Member Services team, sets annual goals, and fosters a culture of service excellence.
•Drive Member Engagement: Oversees membership operations, including sales, tours, promotions, surveys, and retention initiatives. Resolve escalated member issues and create a welcoming experience.
•Oversee Rentals: Manages the full rental lifecycle - from inquiries and bookings to contracts, fee collection, scheduling, and setup/breakdown coordination.
•Promote Our Spaces: Markets rental opportunities via social media, the website, and community outreach.
•Ensure Accuracy & Efficiency: Oversees recreation software data entry and reporting; maintains accurate rental records and event details.
•Collaborate & Coordinate: Acts as the main point of contact for event logistics, vendors, and any special service requests.
•Support Operations: Helps prepare budgets, SOPs, safety and risk assessments, and reports for leadership and Board presentations.
•Champion Customer Experience: Engages directly with members and guests, gathers feedback, and enhances every step of the customer journey.
Education:
•Bachelor's degree in Meeting & Event Management, Hospitality, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
Experience and Certifications:
•At least 1 year of experience in rental coordination, event planning, or related public-facing roles.
•Familiarity with rental policies, contracts, and customer service best practices.
•Maintain current certification/license, or ability to attain certification/license within 90 days of hire:
+ American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
Skills:

•Advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, databases, and web tools).

Schedule:
•Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Occasional Saturdays
