Job Summary:
In your role as a Staff Scientist, you will support and manage environmental, stormwater, and wildfire restoration projects in Northern California working with utility, municipal and private industrial clients. Experience in permitting and managing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) on construction, industrial, and municipal sites. We are looking for someone with strong technical writing, organization, execution and communication skills.
This full-time position requires approximately 40-45 hours per week and involves a blend of strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.

- Ability to travel within the Northern California region.
- Qualified Stormwater Practitioner (QSP) Certification or ability to obtain certification within 1-2 years.
- Field work experience (site inspections).
- Writing, problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- A clean driving record.
