About this opportunity

This position is primarily responsible for billing customers for service work, and as part of that process, reviewing content of completed work orders for inconsistencies and safety-related issues for follow up, while building and maintaining effective service billing practices to provide the highest level of customer service.

What you’ll bring to this role

+ Minimum of two years’ experience within the heating/HVAC industry or comparable service industry preferred. + Knowledge of and experience with Oracle JD Edwards and Oracle Field Service Cloud preferred.
