Curbs Plus, Inc. is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and work as Inside Sales Support for the corporate office in Ringgold, Georgia.
This is a key role within our sales department, and we are looking for a candidate who excels working within a dynamic team and is adaptable to the changing needs of the business.

To be successful in this role you will need to work well within a team, be intentional with interpersonal communication, exhibit strong skills in time management, problem solving, attention to detail and demonstrate good judgement prioritizing a variety of responsibilities that come with working in a very busy work environment.
- Demonstrate excellent data-entry skills and key in data into software program.
- Assist Inside Sales Team with requests for quotes from customers.
- Correspond with customers via phone and email to answer general questions and inquiries.
- Review and audit sales orders prior to release for production.
- Assemble digital job packets for release to Production.
- General clerical and other duties as assigned by team lead.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of related experience in customer service, data-entry, and/or office experience is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Sage 100 a PLUS, but not required
- Office setting in a manufacturing environment. Temperature controlled in the office.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Finger dexterity- The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to type on a keyboard.
- Oral Comprehension — The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Vision- ability to see details at a distance and at a close range.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30am to 5:30pm, weekends as needed.
