**Role Description**

This is a full-time Maintenance Team Leader role located on-site in Regina, SK at Plains Midstream Canada. The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for supervising maintenance operations, conducting equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, managing maintenance activities, and overseeing operations management.

**Qualifications**

* Supervisory Skills and Operations Management
* Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
* Maintenance Management skills
* Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Technical diploma or equivalent in a related field
