Brookfield Renewable NA is hiring a temporary HR Recordkeeper. This position will support the Human Resources Department in organizing and digitizing employee records. This is a 6–8-week on-site assignment.
- Review, organize, and sort paper employee records into individual employee files
- Scan and electronically file records in accordance with established procedures
- Accurately index and label digital files for retrieval
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Follow all record handling, privacy, and data protection protocols
- Support HR with other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with scanners and electronic files
- Ability to work independently and follow standardized instructions
- Prior administrative, clerical, or records management experience is a plus
