About This Job
Job Summary:
We're hiring an IT Field Services Technician to provide on-site and remote deskside support at our Port Neches location. This role involves handling IT incidents and service requests, maintaining end-user devices, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and supporting local infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Provide hands-on and remote IT support to end users
•
Manage tickets, escalate issues, and track resolutions
•
Use SCCM for imaging, deployments, and updates
•
Troubleshoot VPN, printers (Zebra/Brady), and network devices
•
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
•
Participate in local IT projects and provide user training
•
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
Qualifications:
•
3+ years of IT support or field technician experience
•
Proficient with SCCM, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
•
Experience supporting industrial printers and VPNs
•
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
