Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and hard-working Meter Technician to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience and opportunities for growth within the water conservation field. While this position focuses on specialty metering, candidates with a plumbing background are highly preferred, as many of our technicians hope to also engage in new construction, service, and other standard plumbing scopes, not just metering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and change out water meters

- Assist senior technicians with related tasks

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

- Continuously develop technical skills through hands-on work and training

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong willingness to learn and grow as a technician

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Physically able to perform job duties on your feet

- Plumbing background is a plus and highly preferred
