Visu-Sewer’s Water Blasting division has an opening for a sales representative. This individual will drive growth for a specialized organization that provides heavy industrial cleaning, water blasting, vacuuming and water jetting.

Earning potential between $100,000-$125,000 first year. (Base + Commission)
-Experience using CRM/Sales Management System to track sales process (ACT, Salesforce)
-Must possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
-Knowledgeable in the construction industry or municipal service sales
-Reside within 50 miles of Pewaukee, Wisconsin or Bridgeview, Illinois
-Ability to work in variable work conditions such as heights, confined spaces, weather elements etc..
-2 years of sales experience in construction or industrial services

In field training with crews to facilitate an understanding of services, various sales training seminars, mutually beneficial continuing education classes/courses, extensive customer development training with the District Manager and V.P. of Sales.
is a highly visible position. The successful candidate will manage and maintain contact with an extensive network of existing and potential clients in the territory. The incumbent should be comfortable calling on all client levels. Overnight travel and substantial driving is required (average - 4 nights and 3500 miles per month). Specific duties include:
1. Make appointments, cold calls and telephone contact with potential clients including plant engineers, maintenance personnel, purchasing agents, consulting engineers, municipalities, sanitary districts and industrial prospects.
2. Obtain and maintain business services for the assigned territory. Close sales in conjunction with estimating and management personnel.
3. Develop and deliver presentations to key accounts and associations.
4. Notify management of sales activities including approximate timing for company proposals and bid submittals.
5. Attendance and membership in local and regional professional meetings and associations.
6. Identify new business leads, maintain existing client base, and maintain contact records on ACT database.
7. Sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis by service type.
8. Interfacing between client and operations. (Example: Scheduling, payment collection and other communication as requested...)
