Job Title: CRM Developer (D365 Technical Consultant)

Job Location: King of Prussia, PA – Hybrid

Job Type: Contract to hire

Note: Visa : H4 EAD, GC, USC, TN

Qualifications

· 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development experience

· Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and the D365 SDK

· Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)

· Experience with Azure Functions development and custom middleware architecture for enterprise integrations

· Experience with additional Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) for integration patterns

· Familiarity with DevOps practices and ALM for D365 (Azure DevOps, solution management)

· Understanding of REST APIs, OData, and common integration architectures

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Unified Service Desk (USD) configuration, customization, and hosted controls

· Experience integrating with SAP ECC or IFS systems a plus

· Experience with Copilot Studio or conversational AI development a plus

· Experience with Customer Service Workspace (CSW) or modern agent desktop solutions a strong plus

· PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or relevant D365 certification preferred
