Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Backhoe Operator to join our team. As a Backhoe Operator, you will play a crucial role in various construction and excavation projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while adhering to industry standards.
Duties
•
Operate backhoe equipment to dig trenches, and holes for oil & gas operations.
•
Perform loader operations as needed for material handling and site preparation.
•
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
•
Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting minor equipment issues as they arise.
•
Safely operate bulldozers and tankers when required for specific project needs.
•
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in backhoe operation with a strong understanding of heavy machinery.
•
Mechanical knowledge is essential for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
•
A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required for operating certain vehicles on-site.
•
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
•
Commitment to safety practices and procedures in all aspects of work.
•
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with job activities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
