This role will provide comprehensive technical support for the organization's computer systems and network infrastructure. It will combine traditional systems administration with network responsibilities, including implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise-class networks and systems. The position requires expertise in both on-premises and cloud environments, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure.
- Provides technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving users' problems with computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Utilizes online tools and collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems
- Conducts a program of ongoing preventative maintenance and patching of systems and equipment

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 4 years of related systems administration with 2 years of network experience
- Industry certifications preferred.
- Must be willing to work on premises full-time with no hybrid arrangements during normal work hours
- Must be available for occasional weekend or evening work due to implementations, maintenance windows, or emergency break/fix situations
- May need to travel up to 10%.
