· Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
· High level planning and coordination of projects and direct liaison for clients.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
· Develop project scopes, objectives, deliverables and ensuring technical feasibility.
· Work with the scheduling department to ensure necessary resources are available to meet purchase order delivery date.
· When purchase order is received schedule a cross functional kick off meeting with necessary team members.
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
· Effective, clear, and timely communication of the project expectations to team members.
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
· Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project scope and the client.
· Prepare progress reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
· Proactively manage changes in the work, identify potential crises & contingency plans.
· Report and escalate to upper management as needed.
· Build, develop and manage the working relationship with the client(s).
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including end of project analysis identifying areas of success, areas of improvement and recommendations for future projects.
· Work closely with the quality department to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
· Minimum five (5) years’ proven experience in project management.
· An educated background, specifically in the field of fabrication/ NDT testing, or at the minimum, proven experience in the manufacturing sector.
· Must be a team player who can collaborate and utilize the skills and knowledge of the relevant team members.
· Ability to conform to shifts in priorities due to the demands and timeline changes.
· Excellent written, verbal, and internal communication skills.
· Must possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
· Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
· Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and program management software.
· Ability to travel to the United States.
