Position Summary:

Maintain Office and related areas

Essential Functions:

● Maintain the office.

○ Ensure the office is cleaned as necessary.

○ Ensure all conference areas, break areas and bathrooms are cleaned daily or more often, if necessary. Ensure that soap, paper towels, and toilet paper dispensers are refilled as necessary.

○ Kill and cut weeds in the office parking lots as necessary.

○ Maintain the sprinkler system’s functionality and ensure that run times and days of operation are maintained correctly.

○ Ensure that snow and ice is properly dealt with around the main office and all office parking lots.

○ Replace lights as necessary.

○ Replace ceiling tiles as necessary.

● Notify the Maintenance Supervisor when air conditioning and plumbing needs arise. Correct or repair the issue when applicable.

● Participate in shop/office addition, renovation and repairs as assigned.

○ Paint offices as required.

○ Hang pictures, whiteboards, or any other office tools or décor as needed.

● Weekly 5S inspection of the outside grounds and buildings. Report each Monday on areas of concern or projects underway. Report any needed resources at that time as well.

● Remove all trash, wood and scrap from the grounds. Contact the Maintenance Supervisor if there are any large items that need to be removed.

● Maintain parking lots.

○ Stripe the lots as needed.

○ Replace and repaint curbs as needed.

● Other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Follow company quality, quantity and safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications Required:

Must have at least one (1) year experience in the Facilities Maintenance – (light plumbing/electrical a plus)

Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Good communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal. Able to work with speed and accuracy, consistently meeting deadlines.
