As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operational integrity of our employee housing and company-owned properties in Odessa, Texas.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of company-managed residential units. This hands-on role involves a variety of routine and emergency maintenance tasks with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively

- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests

- Repair and install major appliances (e.g., stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)

- Conduct minor carpentry work, including interior and exterior doors, drywall repairs, and painting

- Maintain pool operations (CPO certification preferred)

- Support HVAC maintenance and repairs (Certification required)

- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of hands-on apartment or facility maintenance experience

- In-depth knowledge of general maintenance repair and services

- Experience with PEX piping systems

- HVAC Certification required

- Pool certification is a plus

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and climb ladders safely

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must be flexible and available to work weekends as needed
