Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fisherman located in Odessa, TX. The Fisherman will be responsible for daily fishing operations, including setting and retrieving nets or traps, sorting and cleaning the catch, and ensuring that all fishing equipment is in good working order. Additional tasks will include maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the vessel, following safety protocols, and assisting with unloading and transportation of the catch.

Qualifications

- Experience in fishing techniques and operations

- Ability to handle and maintain fishing equipment

- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations

- Physical stamina and strength for demanding labor and long hours

- Good teamwork and communication skills

- Relevant certifications and licenses (if applicable)

- Experience in operating a fishing vessel is a plus
