- Ability to work 12-hour shifts

- Self-starter, team player, and lead by example

- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- Reside within a reasonable distance to New Town operations

- Willing to undergo a background check

- Pass a drug screening

- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
