Due to continued growth, NCT Technologies Group, Inc. is looking for a diligent Manufacturing Engineer to join their NCT Industrial team in New Carlisle, OH. The Manufacturing Engineer will provide reliable support to the team from the moment a new part is ordered through the complete lifecycle of parts with a major focus on product quality. Major Responsibilities:
•Develop repeatable processes for new and current products that meet customer requirements, including:
-Design and implementation of weld and assembly fixtures
-Design and implementation of inspection and check fixtures
-Development of work instructions for critical processes
-Create quality visual standards and aids per customer requirements
-Propose product design changes to support ease of manufacturing
•PPAP all new customer products, including all inspection, testing and documentation
•Respond to customer quality rejects and lead a team to corrective action that will improve quality and prevent recurrence.
•Accountable for monitoring/auditing, documenting and improving key quality measurables related to process control within our manufacturing environment.

•Developing and improving quality inspection and frequency methods
•Ensuring that processes adhere to quality standards
•Managing inspection equipment calibration and control
•Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods, error proofing tools and quality manufacturing processes
•Helping to eliminate waste and improve process efficiencies
•Supporting ISO internal and recertification audits
Characteristics needed to succeed as a Manufacturing Engineer:
•Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to monitor quality issues
•Ability to solve problems and multitask
•Strong initiative and follow through with the ability to be flexible and act fast
•Strong organization and attention to detail
•Understand and be able to use many quality inspection tools including CMM
•Ability to travel to multiple NCT locations weekly
•Ability to travel to customer locations
•Ability to use Solidworks for fixture design
•Strong communication skills
•Build rapport with customer, plant managers, associates, and team members
•Work with quality department to build NCT’s QMS
