Description of role:
NCT Technologies Group is currently seeking a machine operator for the 1st shift to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in a variety of CNC-controlled machines and is able and willing to learn new equipment. This person would be responsible for setting up and operating the equipment according to print and quality standards.
Machine Operator Skills and Requirements:
- Able to set up and operate a CNC mill/machining center, and/or lathe
- Familiarity with conversational as well as G & M code.
- Able to use industrial cutting equipment (saw, miter)
- Able to deburr, clean, and inspect final product
- Understanding basics of GD&T
- Able to use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc….)
- Able to read and interpret blueprints
- Able to be cross-functional to support workload
- Able to be self-sufficient once trained
- Mechanically inclined – utilize preventative maintenance techniques
- Fabricating experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Hurco experience is a plus
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. Possible overtime and Saturdays

Machine Operator Salary:
$20.00 - $30.00 based on experience
