Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate mid-to-large scale technology projects. This role ensures timely delivery, quality outcomes, and budget adherence, while aligning with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, as well as deep experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of IT project delivery
•
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and tracking tools
•
Direct cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure quality standards
•
Monitor project status and milestones, adjusting plans as needed
•
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope, risk, and resources
•
Communicate project progress to leadership and team members
•
Mentor junior project staff and foster team development
•
Apply resource and change management practices for efficient execution
Required Skills & Experience:
•
6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in project management
•
Expertise in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall)
•
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•
Experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects
•
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Experience in public sector or government IT environments
•
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, OnePlan, DevOps, SharePoint, O365
•
Background in IT operations, ITIL, or ITSM best practices
•
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, or Scrum
Education:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
•
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) required
