Set up and operate a variety of manual machines including lathes, mills, and grinders

Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and drawings

Operate and make adjustments to CNC machines when necessary

Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges

Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure consistent quality

Produce custom, low-volume parts with tight tolerances

Follow safety protocols and standard machining procedures

? Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manual Machinist

Strong understanding of CNC machine functions and G-code basics

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Solid knowledge of materials, speeds, feeds, and cutting tools

Must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
