Summary

The person in this position will report to the Branch Operations Manager and will support the Rental Tech in achieving exceptional Customer Service. Works in shop and prepares equipment and materials for the Rental Team.

What You’ll Do – The Role (Responsibilities)

- Perform equipment preparation for each order.

- Receive and place equipment in the warehouse.

- Support the warehouse supervisor.

- Perform various technical tasks.

- Comply with all health and safety regulations.

- Always demonstrate safe work practices, and behaviour at, all times according to company’s Health and Safety Program.

- All other shop duties and tasks related to the position.

What You Need (Requirements)

- Enjoy working in a dynamic team.

- Valid G driver’s license in good standing (clean abstract) - Asset

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Available for on-call services outside regular business hours.

- Commitment to providing Excellent Customer Service.

- Good communication skills are essential (written, verbal and listening).

Working Conditions

- Flexibility for emergency calls when needed.

- Heavy lifting or moving up to 50lbs may be required.
