$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Sign-On Bonus Payout Details

- 25% paid after 90 days

- $1,000 per month for each month after until fully paid

Pay & Schedule

- Pay Range $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Schedule Friday-Monday

- Tuesday-Thursday OFF every week

What YOU Will Do as a Lead HVAC Installer

- Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications

- Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installations

- Properly connect, commission, and verify HVAC equipment

- Lead installations with professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail

What YOU Will Bring

- 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred

- HVAC degree or equivalent experience

- Valid driver’s license

- Strong work ethic, leadership mindset, and pride in your trade
