About This Job
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
•
Operating and Monitoring Equipment: Operate and monitor torque-turn computer systems to ensure accurate measurements during casing installation. This includes recording and reporting real-time data to supervisors and maintaining detailed records for reporting and analysis.
•
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Torque-turn operators troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the torque-turn equipment and conduct pre-job checks and calibrations to ensure accuracy. Also perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment, reporting any issues promptly for repairs.
•
Safety and Procedure Adherence: Work closely with the casing crew to ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to safety protocols and Casing Running Procedures. This includes wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hardhat, safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toe boots, Flame Resistant clothing & gloves.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other operations teams and management to ensure all equipment and parts are inspected and maintained according to industry standards and company procedures. They also communicate with job-site supervisors to obtain necessary information for completing company work tickets.

Work Environment and Physical Demands: This role may require working on drilling rigs and in industrial settings, which can involve challenging conditions and long hours. The physical demands include the ability to lift and move heavy equipment, work at heights, and endure varying weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
