Admin Assistant

JAVELINA FIELD SERVICES. LLC is an oilfield service company that is located in Odessa Texas. Javelina fulfills services commonly needed in oil & gas fields throughout the Permian Basin. We offer winch trucks, vac trucks, roustabout and cleaning crews, spill containment, rig washing, backhoe services, surface rentals, frac tank rentals and more.

Responsibilities

- Invoicing tickets/ submitting tickets (data entry)

- Back up for figuring and submitting Payroll when needed

- Run Reports

- Filling paperwork in office

- Order office supplies, and occasionally parts when needed

- Perform receptionist duties when needed (e.g. collect payments, answer phones, greet visitors)

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:

- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printers, fax machines)

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

- Have valid drivers license

- Able to pass drug test and background check
