As Construction Superintendent II, you will manage the full lifecycle of massive 15,000-25,000 sqft custom home construction projects in Miami, Florida, averaging $50M+.
Requirements:
•
Proven experience managing luxury custom home builds
•
6–10 years of experience managing luxury custom home builds
•
Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and residential systems
•
Effective communicator with leadership and team coordination skills
•
OSHA 10-hour certificate required
•
A valid Florida Driver License required
Responsibilities:
•
Lead all on-site operations for custom home builds from start to finish
•
Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and construction schedules
•
Enforce job-site safety, quality control, and compliance with local codes
•
Manage daily reporting, inspections, and problem-solving in the field
•
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards
