Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a friendly and welcoming environment for clients. They will also provide administrative support through our Client Services Team in Brighton MI.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
-Become proficient in and owner of our Insurance CRM.
-Assist with Insurance Agent licensing and yearly continuing education.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in filing documents and maintaining organized records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
