Sales Representative

What You'll Do:

- Prospect and follow up on new customer leads by phone, email marketing, and market research

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

- Learn the steel industry and product lines through hands-on training

- Maintain detailed CRM records and sales activity reports

- Assist in preparing quotes, contracts, and follow-ups

- Participate in occasional customer visits with sales leadership

- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to ensure order accuracy and delivery

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of sales experience required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

- Eager to learn technical product information and customer needs

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems

What We Offer:

- Competitive Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, plus potential discretionary year-end bonus of up to 20% based on company's profitability and your evaluated performance during the year.
