# BANK RECONCILIATION ANALYST

Overview

The Bank Rec Analyst will closely monitor all payments that clear Conservice's bank and credit card accounts and reconcile those with payments made by multiple teams. This includes making sure payments are accurately applied to their intended utility account as well working with other teams to resolve any related discrepancies. This position provides an opportunity to gain experience in some of the financial aspects of Conservice as well as the ability to handle unique situations that occur daily.

Responsibilities

- Analyze all payments that clear the bank and credit cards for Single Family accounts

- Organize payments according to those paid online and those paid with checks using Excel

- Send monthly reports on all accounts that have been assessed fees to the Accounting department

- Work with providers to solve any issues regarding payments made on accounts

- Most time spent clearing payments, fixing overpayments, and addressing outstanding payments

- Assist with obtaining proof of payment for other teams within Conservice when needed

- Work with various teams to recover funds for proactive payments made by Conservice on behalf of clients

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Capacity to recognize numerical discrepancies contained within data

- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive

- Familiarity with internet browsing and website navigation

- Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer software

- Ability to organize and prioritize workload so the most important tasks are completed first

- Skill in clearly communicating both verbally and in writing using a variety of methodsExternal

- Location: If training is required, team members within 30 miles of a Conservice building will have in-office training
