We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales floor. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing leads, managing reporting, and ensuring our CRM is optimized. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines coaching, strategy, and accountability to help the team hit ambitious sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Oversee lead allocation, sales pipeline, and deal flow.
- Manage CRM usage, reporting, and forecasting.
- Provide regular performance updates to leadership.
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members.
- Develop sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Ensure accountability across the team, addressing underperformance directly.
- Proven experience selling telecommunications or home security.
- Strong technology and CRM skills.
- A confident, results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
- Base salary of $50,000 annually.
- OTE between $50,000 and $150,000 annually based on team performance.
