The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and executing repairs to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on various systems, including pneumatic and mechanical systems
- Utilize hand and power tools to effectively complete maintenance tasks and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Always ensure use of PPE (personal protective equipment) and tools designed and rated for the task, and complying with safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED, relevant skills and proven work experience in lieu of education
- 1+ year(s) in a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance repair techniques
- Proficiency with common hand and power tools. Must provide own hand tools
- Must be able to thoroughly complete paperwork/documents
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems and advanced troubleshooting preferred

- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds with prolonged periods of standing
