Hours of Work: Up to 25 hours weekly between Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday 9:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. with the possibility of occasionally working earlier than 9:00 a.m. or later than 4:00 p.m. to support special events/projects.

GENERAL PURPOSE: Under direct supervision, assists with a variety of duties in support of conservation education programs of Springs Preserve. Participates in conducting a variety of youth, adult and family programming as assigned. Engages guests of various ages in conservation education sessions, activities and events throughout Preserve venues. Ability to engage program participants of all ages in learning and appreciating lessons of the natural world. Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external guests.

ELIGIBILITY/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in any field
Current enrollment with a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester (undergraduate level) or 3 credit hours per semester (graduate level)
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
Available to work up to 25 hours weekly
A valid Nevada driver’s license
Legal right to work in the US, including authorization to work off-campus
