The Regional Business Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in an assigned region and will report directly to the National Sales Manager or Chief Sales Officer(CSO).
- Managing aggressive growth and account management with existing customers.
- Targeting and converting new customers.
- Preventing “lost customers” and focusing on “developmental” customers that could grow more aggressively through a larger share of spend or improved market performance.
- Maintaining a monthly and annual sales plan.
- Developing and executing a strong pipeline of opportunities well in excess of their target sales budget number.
- Recruitment of new partners throughout the region.
- Travel required with-in designated region. (25-50%)
- Deliver annual and monthly sales plans to achieve sales growth targets.
- Tailor and drive Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows’ programs to meet sales targets.
- Increase new customer sales in excess of 10% of total sales (target dependent on location).
- Forecast product mix changes and customer trends to assist with factory sales planning.
- Keep the company up-to-date on competitor activities, market conditions, and customer product preference trends.
- Must become a product expert over time.
- Must become an expert in executing our sales process.
- Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determining opportunities.
- Opening new accounts.
- Building relationships with and supporting existing dealers in an assigned region
- Attending trade shows conferences (as applicable).
- Product introduction of new releases.
- Liaising between customers and company for up to date status of service, pricing, and new product launches.
- Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures, and all sales and marketing collateral.
- Acting as a leader in the development of dealership growth, affiliations, and partnership arrangements.- Must have 3+ years of outdoor building products/B2B building materials experience in a customer-facing role- (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service), with a successful track record working with contractors, builders or other relatable customer types.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills to reach decision-makers.
- Technical/engineering knowledge is helpful, but not required.
- Must have flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Proven track record in an outside sales or territory sales position.
- Home improvement/remodeling B2C direct sales experience is a plus.
- Construction knowledge preferred.
- Must be proficient in Excel, experience in a CRM system is a plus.
- Experienced in building business relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- High-level of motivation to succeed both as an individual and as a Team

Salary: Total salary and commission compensation potential up to and over six figures. This will be based on experience.
Pay: Salary, commission and bonus. Starting salary is based on experience.
