Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Elections IT Project Manager for a long-term, onsite role supporting the implementation of a statewide voter registration and elections system. This role requires experience in IT project management, vendor coordination, and familiarity with elections processes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Document system requirements and submit to vendor within strict timelines
•Develop and adjust project schedules and timelines in coordination with stakeholders
•Create and execute communication plans
•Input and track progress using DevOps tools
•Coordinate with multiple vendors and manage relationships
•Assist in mock election preparation and execution
•Track software development and manage sprint releases
Minimum Qualifications:
•Proven experience in IT Project Management
•1+ year of experience documenting requirements and managing schedules
•1+ year of experience in communication planning and multi-vendor software implementation
•Experience collaborating with other Project Managers to meet milestones
•Minimum 6 months of experience in election-related projects
•Must be able to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
