Provide advanced market and data analytics support for key corporate functions, including (i) commercial, (ii) business development, and (iii) other business sectors throughout the company.
- Assist in modeling and analyzing natural gas (and other energy) market fundamentals including analysis of supply, demand, storage, prices, transportation, and various other factors.
- Work across multiple business and market sectors to help drive revenue increases.
- Compile data from multiple sources to create a "story" on what is happening in various energy markets.
- Help prepare presentations to support business development and commercial activities.
- Learning a basic understanding of energy markets and fundamentals.
- Building skills to identify and solve complex problems.
- Ability to analyze data and information to make informed and strategic business decisions.
- Developing skills that allow for successful communication between different departments.
- Mentorship opportunities from Subject Matter Experts.
- To assist with various analytical requirements associated with the Company’s commercial strategies.
Student actively enrolled in an approved Bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation date of December 2025- May 2028.
- Technical classes; science, engineering, statistics, business, intermediate to higher level mathematics.
- Intermediate proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Preferred but not required application experience: Power BI, SQL, other data visualization and/or data analysis software.
What else do you need to know:
Our internships are temporary full-time positions, in-person/remote hybrid at our Lakewood, CO. office. We will host our Summer 2026 interns from May-August for 10 weeks.
- Pay Range $23.22-$31.01 USD hourly.
- You may be eligible for a stipend to subsidize housing costs.
- The final pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and working location. The total compensation package for this role may also include overtime pay, paid time off, a housing stipend, and more.
