You’ll own the backbone of our manufacturing tech: ERP, core business applications, and the systems that keep the plant humming. You’ll lead high-performing Infrastructure and Development Engineering teams, scale reliable platforms, and ship real business outcomes—without sacrificing the care and coaching that help people do their best work.
- Build and execute a 1–3 year strategy for ERP, applications, and enterprise systems aligned to operations, finance, supply chain, and quality.
- Prioritize a clear delivery roadmap balancing stability, security, and new capability.
- Grow, mentor, and retain a diverse team across infrastructure, ERP/application dev, and integrations.
- Model servant leadership—clear goals, frequent feedback, and career paths that matter.
- Drive ERP enhancements, integrations (MES/PLM/WMS/EDI), and data flows that reduce cycle time and improve OTIF, yield, and quality.
- Raise uptime and performance (SLOs), tighten change management, and eliminate toil with automation.
- Partner with Security on identity, endpoint, network, and cloud controls; champion least privilege, zero trust, and good hygiene.
- Own backup/restore and disaster recovery plans; run regular DR tests.
- Serve as a trusted partner to Operations, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Manage vendors/SIs for value, not just hours; negotiate smartly and hold to outcomes.
- Advance cloud (AWS/Azure), virtualization, networking, and identity strategy.
- Mature SDLC/DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, code review, observability) and ITSM (incident, problem, change).
- Infrastructure: Network, server, storage, cloud, identity, endpoint, collaboration.
- Development Engineering: ERP development/config, integrations, reporting/analytics, low-code platforms.
- Direct line of sight from your roadmap to the shop floor.

- 15+ years in IT with 10+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams (people leaders of people preferred).
- Deep experience owning a manufacturing ERP (Infor/SAP/Oracle/Microsoft, etc.) across modules like production, planning, inventory, quality, and finance.
- Proven delivery of ERP upgrades/migrations, integrations (API/ESB/ETL), and data/reporting.
- Strong grasp of infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, virtualization), cloud services, identity (AD/Azure AD/Entra), and endpoint management.
- Comfortable with SDLC/Agile, backlog/roadmap management (Jira/Azure DevOps), and modern monitoring/alerting.
- Clear, calm communicator who coaches through change and drives accountability with empathy.

- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience; nice-to-haves: ITIL, PMP, MBA.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $185,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.
