Position Title: Licensed Industrial Journeyman Electrician Location: Southeast New Mexico (Jal to Carlsbad corridor) Project Duration: Ongoing work through the remainder of the year Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking Licensed Industrial Journeyman Electricians to support ongoing industrial projects in Southeast New Mexico between Jal and Carlsbad. This is steady, year-long work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems
- Run conduit (EMT, RMC, PVC) and cable tray
- Pull and terminate power and control wiring
- Install and wire motors, VFDs, panels, switchgear, and instrumentation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams
- Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems
- Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, project managers, and crews
- Active New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- Industrial electrical experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of NEC and industrial safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Oil & gas, pipeline, compressor stations, or similar industrial environments
- Motor controls and troubleshooting
- Hazardous location experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Climb ladders and work at heights
- Stand, kneel, bend, and work in physically demanding environments
