Compensation range for this role is $90-112,000 depending on experience.
Primary Function: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role supports leaders and employees by providing guidance on HR policies, talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support them.
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure HR impact.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support recruitment efforts by partnering with Talent Acquisition.
- Lead onboarding, development, and retention strategies.
- Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Drive change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and documentation.
- Subject matter expert knowledge and application of Federal and State employment legislations.
- Subject matter expert knowledge of HR processes.
- Competency with computer applications and functions including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform in a detail-oriented environment with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
