We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic HR team and spearhead the initial phase of our recruitment process.
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will employ diverse channels to actively seek potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate talent pipelines for both immediate needs and future growth opportunities across our nationwide operations.
- Partner with recruiters and leadership to identify and forecast workforce needs, analyze metrics and measures that support talent planning.
- Conduct advanced candidate research using Boolean search, X-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, and other sourcing platforms.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles and future hiring needs.
- Passive candidate outreach through LinkedIn InMail, email campaigns and professional networks.
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
- Provide data-driven recommendations to guide sourcing strategy, while remaining effective and competitive during workforce shifts within the market.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Strong research and market-mapping skills, with the ability to identify industry trends and hiring strategies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align sourcing initiatives to organizational
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring effectiveness and improving processes through data.
- Positive outlook, bringing initiative and creativity in addressing hard to fill roles, leveraging employer branding and social media.
- Effective with communications and articulating ideas – written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
