Position Overview JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Analyst, Commercial Structuring reports to the Manager, Commercial Structuring and is responsible for structuring and pricing Cheniere’s mid and long-term LNG transactions in support of the Origination team, evaluating new business opportunities, researching global gas and LNG market dynamics, and preparing presentations for executive strategy sessions. The Senior Analyst will interface with a variety of internal departments, including but not limited to Cheniere’s origination team, strategic finance team, corporate strategy team, gas supply team, and sustainability teams.

Knowledge KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
The candidate must have a robust finance education or work experience with strong excel and power point skills. The candidate must have a demonstrated interest in energy and the ability to acquire new knowledge and concepts quickly.

Education And Experience Education, Training and Certifications
: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or closely related quantitative field of study; Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience : 3+ years’ of professional experience within finance or similar analytical function. Must be experienced with Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentations. Multilingual is highly preferred.
