Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Salary Range: $18 - $22/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends/on-call

Job Summary

- We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and control systems.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

- High school diploma /GED or work experience ; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

- 1-3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

- Familiarity with PLCs, HVAC, and welding is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
