HSSE Coordinator - USA

Reporting to: HSSE Manager - USA
Based in: Houston, TX
The selected professional will support the implementation and sustainability of the HSSE Program for the US Projects and Operations.
What will you do?
•Contractor Safety: Participate in the pre-qualification assessment and ongoing monitoring activities
•Training: Develop HSSE related training materials for delivery to field personnel
•Coaching: Provide coaching to new employees on company HSSE requirements
•Auditing: Manage the annual audit program and participate/lead HSE audits
•Reporting: Lead the collation of weekly and monthly HSSE reports
•Incident Management: Support field sites in the completion of incident investigations
What do we need?
•5 years PQE with proven results in delivering HSSE Management System
•Experience in industrial sites, preferable with construction safety experience
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
•Formal qualification/training in a health, safety or environmental discipline
•Formal certification or ability to obtain certification within 2 years e.g. CSP, IIRSM
