This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Recruiter located in Houston, TX. The Assistant Recruiter will support the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet client needs. Responsibilities include posting job listings, managing job applicant databases, coordinating interviews, and building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, the role involves administrative tasks, data entry, and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
